July 14, 2024 at 8:28 amMark took an electrical nightmare and a possible overheated engine and gave me back a fully functional and reliable vehicle. The vehicle had existing damage from hitting a deer years ago and I guess it finally caught up to it on a trip to Morro Bay. Originally I had a mechanic get me on the road after the deer, but it was a bandaid on a bigger problem. Mark actually listened to me and targeted and worked on what I thought was the problem unlike so many other dealerships when I’ve mentioned possible issues they’ve sold me batteries, or some relay. There was a few other things I assumed had issues but didn’t know for sure, he really went above and beyond getting me back to solid! His price was extremely reasonable and even tried to save me some money shopping for parts. If you’re stranded or just need a good mechanic in the area I’d go to mark 100x over before going back to a dealership.
